- Anyone with eye and ears sees Biden is significantly cognitively diminished. Compare interviews he did just a few years ago to now. The differences in his ability to complete thoughts and sentences is stark. Biden IS accused of rape. That is just a fact, as reported first by The Intercept’s award-winning journalist Ryan Grimm and subsequently reported by The Hill and other independent media outlets.
